We at "tis athanasias" Workshop produce sweet preserves in the traditional way, thus guaranteeing the highest of qualities, flavor, aroma and the feeling of home-made sweets. When producing our sweets, we use the very best and most fresh, locally-sourced Greek fruits. We prepare our sweets with great care in small batches of 5-6 kilos each (a typical pot size), thus being in position to control meticulously the heat applied without compromising their nutritional value, their aroma and color. By following this production method we preserve the crunchy texture, the aroma and flavor of fresh fruits – even in the case of the most sensitive of fruits such as strawberries. We thus create sweets with a sturdy body, intense personality, harmony and long-lasting aftertaste. They can be consumed on their own or accompany yogurt and ice cream, and also be used in cakes, creamy sweets etc. We have managed to create products whose taste travels us Back to more innocent and less complex times, bringing back the memories of the timeless flavors of our tradition. We use no conservatives or colorants in our sweets, and we exclusively pack them in glass jars of 450, 700 and 2000 grams, preserving them as fresh as on their production day, until the moment you enjoy them…
